When asking for a quote, the following details must be determined up front:
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless specified otherwise. Quotations are all in Canadian dollars.
All orders are subject to pricing as stated on quotation. Any changes to orders after placement of orders will be subject to possible additional charges to be determined at that time.
All applicable taxes and shipping charges are extra. Allow 2-3 weeks for production/delivery of product unless specified on quotation. All orders must be approved by fax or email prior to production.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect their order upon receipt. Any problems or discrepancies must be reported to Ya Gotta Have It immediately.
Once orders are placed, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Balance is due on the day the order is shipped out. Orders can be paid by Visa or MasterCard via PayPal or by cheque. Contact your sales representative for any cancellations to determine where in the production process your order is. No cancellations once product has gone into production.
Any art that does not meet imprinting specification and requiring any art design or recreation will be subject to a $30.00 per hour charge unless otherwise stated at the time of quotation. All artwork supplied to Ya Gotta have it must be in vector .ai or .eps format with fonts converted to outlines. Adobe Illustrator® preferred. Supplied artwork must have exact pantone colors attached.
The customer is responsible to obtain permission and to follow all applicable laws regarding trademark or copyright protection to reproduce any logo or trademark prior to placing order. Ya Gotta Have It will not be held responsible for copyright issues whatsoever.
Method of shipping to be determined by Ya Gotta Have It. Shipping charges are extra and will be determined at the time of shipping. Approximate shipping charges can be determined by your sales representative. All products are shipped ground service. If product is needed sooner than anticipated, air charges may apply. Shipping is FOB Truro.
Ya Gotta Have It is not responsible for any loss or damage of product once it has been shipped. Ya Gotta Have It uses authorized couriers. All regulations/stipulations for each courier apply.
All orders are subject to an industry standard of +or- 5% overrun or under run unless specified in quotation.
Ya Gotta Have It receives product from many suppliers. Each supplier has their own warranty specifications and will for the most part back up the quality of their product. If a product is found to be defective, Ya Gotta Have It will make every effort to have it repaired or replaced at no extra charge.
